could a few very small blisters on husbands penis be from yeast infection?

i have one and i am just wondering if anyone might know if this could be a symptom from possibly contracting my infection. he says that they don’t hurt and he doesn’t have any herpes symptoms like fever and sickness. i don’t know and we are scared and have no money to see a doctor.
